Farmer Family Gets Immediate Relief at Public Grievance Camp

Under the Good Governance Festival 2026, a Public Grievance Redressal Camp organized at Belargondi Gram Panchayat in Chhuria development block successfully resolved a long-pending issue faced by a farmer family.

During the camp, Smt. Tijkunwar, a resident of Bholapur village, was provided her land loan record book on the spot, bringing relief to her family and facilitating access to various agricultural services.

Delay in Loan Record Book Had Affected Farming Activities

Shri Ram Charan, husband of Smt. Tijkunwar, stated that the land owned by his wife is located in village Matekheda. Although the land account had already been divided, she had not received the loan record book.

Due to the absence of the document, the family was facing difficulties in purchasing fertilizers, seeds and agricultural inputs, obtaining agricultural loans and availing benefits under various government schemes.

Swift Administrative Action Ensures Quick Resolution

During the Public Grievance Redressal Camp held under Sushasan Tihar, the family informed the administration about their problem and submitted an application seeking issuance of the loan record book.

Immediately after receiving the application, the Revenue Department completed the necessary procedures and took prompt action. As a result, the loan record book was issued and handed over to Smt. Tijkunwar during the camp itself.
