Collector Jitendra Yadav chaired the weekly time-limit meeting at the Collectorate conference hall and conducted a detailed review of departmental works, public grievances, priority government schemes, and applications received under the Su-Shasan Tihar campaign.
The Collector instructed officials to ensure quality and satisfactory disposal of applications received during Su-Shasan Tihar. He emphasized that officials should also contact applicants after disposal to verify whether their issues have been genuinely resolved.
Officials informed the meeting that a total of 48 public grievance redressal camps have been organized across the district under Su-Shasan Tihar so far. A total of 24,001 applications were received, out of which 5,528 were resolved on priority, while action is underway on the remaining applications.
Reviewing court-related matters, the Collector directed all department heads to regularly monitor cases pending before the High Court and ensure timely submission of replies. He stressed that no negligence would be tolerated in judicial matters.

The Collector also instructed all Sub-Divisional Magistrates (Revenue) to conduct regular inspections of Patwari offices and ensure transparency, efficiency, and public convenience in revenue-related services. Of the 24,157 revenue cases registered in the district, 21,042 have already been resolved.
During the meeting, he reviewed the Aadhaar verification process of school students and directed officials to complete the work on priority. He also instructed authorities to organize special camps for issuing caste, residence, and other essential certificates to students.
The progress of e-KYC verification under the Mahtari Vandan Yojana was also reviewed. Officials informed that 92 percent of beneficiaries in the district have completed e-KYC verification. The Collector directed departments to complete the remaining verification process at the earliest.
He further instructed all departments to intensify awareness campaigns regarding government welfare schemes and ensure that benefits reach all eligible beneficiaries. Special emphasis was laid on expanding the coverage of the Prime Minister SVANidhi Scheme to provide self-employment opportunities to eligible urban beneficiaries. So far, loans have been distributed to 4,263 beneficiaries under the scheme.
Reviewing infrastructure projects, the Collector directed all implementing agencies to complete ongoing construction works with quality standards before the arrival of the monsoon. He also emphasized regular monitoring of road construction projects.

The progress of the PM Surya Ghar Free Electricity Scheme and PM Kusum Scheme was also discussed. The Collector directed concerned departments to accelerate implementation and maximize beneficiary coverage under these renewable energy initiatives.
He also instructed officials to speed up livestock vaccination drives to ensure animal health and disease prevention.
The meeting further reviewed applications received through the Chief Minister’s Public Grievance Portal, PG Portal, PGN Portal, Atal Monitoring Portal, and Collector Jan Darshan. The Collector directed all officers to ensure timely and effective disposal of public grievances while maintaining high standards of service delivery.
Chief Executive Officer of Zila Panchayat Suruchi Singh, Additional Collectors C.L. Markandey and Prem Prakash Sharma, district-level officers, and other officials participated in the meeting. SDMs, CEOs, CMOs, and block-level officers joined virtually.
