Beneficiaries Receive Benefits of Government Welfare Schemes Under Sushasan Tihar 2026

A Public Grievance Redressal Camp was organized at Gram Panchayat Patpar under Dongargarh Janpad Panchayat as part of Sushasan Tihar 2026. The initiative is being conducted in line with the government’s objective of reaching every village and household to address public grievances and ensure the delivery of welfare schemes to eligible beneficiaries.
The camp witnessed significant participation from villagers, and various government departments took immediate steps to address public concerns and provide services at the grassroots level.
Participation from 13 Gram Panchayats
The Patpar Cluster Camp covered residents from 13 Gram Panchayats, including Mendha, Amlidih, Tappa, Kolihapuri Nava, Uraidabari, Jhandatalab, Pinkapar, Motipur, Dhandongari, Bhothli, Makkatola, Ramatola and Patpar.
Public representatives, members of Bihan self-help groups, farmers and a large number of rural residents attended the event and interacted directly with government officials.
Multiple Departments Set Up Service Stalls
Various departments established information and service stalls during the camp, including:
- Revenue Department
- Panchayat and Rural Development Department
- Public Health Engineering Department
- Agriculture Department
- Horticulture Department
- Water Resources Department
- Electricity Department
- Health Department
- Forest Department
- Food Department
- Fisheries Department
- Transport Department
- Cooperative Department
- Livestock Development Department
- Village Industries Department
- Education Department
- Public Works Department
Departmental officials provided information about government welfare programmes and received applications related to public demands and grievances.
891 Applications Received
A total of 891 applications were received during the camp. Officials resolved several grievances on the spot, particularly those that required immediate action and administrative intervention.
The initiative helped reduce delays in service delivery while improving direct interaction between citizens and government departments.
Welfare Benefits Distributed to Eligible Beneficiaries
Several beneficiaries received assistance under different welfare schemes during the event.
Among the benefits distributed:
- 7 beneficiaries received new ration cards.
- The Health Department distributed HPV vaccination certificates to 3 adolescent girls.
- 2 beneficiaries were provided Ayushman Cards.
- 2 senior citizens received Ayushman Vay Vandan Cards.
- The Education Department honoured 10 meritorious students of Classes 10 and 12 with certificates of appreciation.
Focus on Maternal and Child Welfare
The Women and Child Development Department organized a traditional God Bharai programme for pregnant women during the camp.
Beneficiaries were provided information related to nutrition and maternal health, and nutrition kits were distributed to support their well-being during pregnancy.

Sarpanches and public representatives from various gram panchayats were also present during the camp.

The Sushasan Tihar initiative continues to serve as an important platform for ensuring that government services and welfare schemes reach citizens efficiently. The successful organization of the Patpar Cluster Camp reflects the administration’s commitment to responsive governance, timely grievance redressal and inclusive rural development.
