Former Chief Minister Dr. Raman Singh to Address Inaugural Session; Workers to Receive Training on Ideology, Governance and Organizational Strengthening

The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), regarded as the world’s largest political party by membership, is set to organize a comprehensive training programme for its senior and new party workers under the Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay Training Campaign. The two-day event will be held on June 2 and 3 at Sachita Lawn, Thekua, Rajnandgaon.

According to party sources, the programme aims to strengthen the ideological foundation, organizational capabilities and public outreach skills of party workers through a series of structured training sessions.

Inaugural Session to Feature Dr. Raman Singh

The event will commence with digital registration and refreshments at 9:00 a.m., followed by a flag-hoisting ceremony at 10:00 a.m. by former Mayor Sharad Verma.

District BJP President Komal Singh Rajput will present the introductory address highlighting the significance and objectives of the training campaign.

The inaugural session will feature former Chief Minister and current Speaker of the Chhattisgarh Legislative Assembly, Raman Singh, as the chief speaker.

Focus on Governance, Ideology and Organizational Development

The first technical session, scheduled for 11:00 a.m., will focus on government welfare schemes for the poor and the role of the party organization in their implementation.

Over the course of the two-day programme, participants will receive training on a range of topics, including:

  • The party’s ideological foundation
  • Integral Humanism (Ekatma Manav Darshan)
  • Cultural Nationalism
  • Panch Nishtha principles
  • Political and social challenges facing the nation
  • Organizational expansion strategies
  • Booth management
  • The “Mann Ki Baat” outreach programme
  • Information Technology and digital communication initiatives

Party leaders said the sessions are designed to familiarize workers with contemporary national issues while strengthening their ability to engage effectively with the public.

Senior BJP Leaders to Lead Sessions

According to the BJP Media Cell, several senior party leaders and subject experts will conduct various training sessions during the programme.

Cultural Programmes and Evaluation Sessions

The training camp will also feature cultural and knowledge-based activities during the evening sessions. Participants will be assessed through examinations based on the subjects covered during the day.

All registered party workers participating in the programme will stay overnight at the training venue, allowing them to take part in the full range of sessions and activities.

Party leaders stated that extensive preparations have been undertaken by the training team to ensure the smooth conduct of the campaign and maximize its educational impact on party workers.
