E-Auction Bids for Sand Mining Allocation Invited Online in Rajnandgaon District

Technical and Financial Bids to Be Submitted by November 12; Tender Opening Scheduled for November 13

Under the Chhattisgarh Minor Mineral (Ordinary Sand Mining and Business) Rules, 2005, the district administration has issued a tender notification for the allocation of ordinary sand mining rights through the reverse auction process. As per the notification, technical and financial bids are being invited online via the MSTC portal until November 12, 2025.

The electronic tender opening process will take place on November 13, 2025, starting at 10:00 AM in the Collectorate Meeting Hall, Rajnandgaon. Officials stated that the move aims to ensure transparency, competitive bidding, and efficient management of minor mineral resources in the district.
