Initiatives such as housing assistance, the Shaheed Veer Narayan Singh Shram Ann Yojana, and immediate financial assistance during accidents have played a vital role in enhancing worker security and dignity.
Under the Shram Ann Yojana, nutritious hot meals are being provided at just ₹5, symbolizing a humane and sensitive governance approach.
