Arrangements Reviewed to Ensure Transparent and Cheating-Free Conduct of CG Vyapam Mandi Board Examination

Collector Jitendra Yadav conducted surprise inspections at various examination centres during the Sub-Inspector recruitment examination organised by the Chhattisgarh Professional Examination Board under the Chhattisgarh State Agricultural Marketing (Mandi) Board.
The Collector visited multiple centres to assess arrangements and reviewed entry management, frisking procedures, identity verification of candidates and seating arrangements inside examination halls.
Focus on Transparency and Fair Examination
During the inspection, the Collector instructed centre superintendents and officials on duty to ensure that the examination process remained completely transparent and free from malpractice. He directed strict adherence to guidelines issued by the Professional Examination Board.
Officials and staff members were asked to maintain confidentiality and impartiality while carrying out all examination-related procedures. Emphasising seriousness in duty execution, the Collector urged authorities to follow every protocol carefully to uphold the credibility of the recruitment process.
Instructions to Candidates and Officials
The Collector also appealed to candidates to maintain discipline and cooperate with the administration to ensure smooth conduct of the examination.
He reiterated that maintaining examination integrity was a shared responsibility between officials, staff and examinees.
Extensive Administrative Arrangements
Notably, a total of 99 examination centres were established across the district for the Sub-Inspector recruitment examination under the Chhattisgarh State Agricultural Marketing (Mandi) Board.
The district administration deployed comprehensive arrangements including security management, flying squads, observer teams, frisking systems and continuous monitoring mechanisms to ensure the examination was conducted smoothly and without irregularities.
