Camp at Kumarda Community Health Centre Focuses on Early Identification, Treatment and Nutritional Support

A Mukhyamantri Bal Sandarbh Camp was organized at the Community Health Centre in Kumarda, where 80 children belonging to severe, highly severe and moderate categories underwent health examinations and necessary medical tests.
The camp focused on the timely identification of children requiring special healthcare attention and providing them with appropriate medical consultation, treatment and nutritional support.
Medical Examination and Treatment Services Provided
During the camp, healthcare workers conducted detailed health examinations of the children and assessed their health conditions.
Based on individual requirements, children and their families were provided with medical advice and necessary treatment-related services. Medicines were also made available to children wherever required.
The departmental team also provided important information to parents and caregivers regarding child nutrition, health care and preventive measures.

Support from Hamaar Swasth Laika Programme and AIIMS Raipur
The successful organization of the camp received special support from the Hamaar Swasth Laika Programme and the Block Coordinator associated with AIIMS Raipur.
The Jan Aushadhi Kendra, Chhuria, also extended support by providing necessary healthcare services and guidance to the children and their families.
Focus on Malnutrition and Timely Intervention
The camp aimed to ensure the early identification of children falling under severe and malnutrition categories so that timely health examinations, treatment and nutritional interventions could be provided.
Officials said such camps play an important role in monitoring children’s health and ensuring that those requiring additional medical attention receive appropriate care without delay.
Health Department Team Remains Present
The Health Department was represented by ANMs, medical officers and pharmacists, who provided health examinations, consultation and treatment-related services during the camp.
The initiative aimed to strengthen healthcare support for vulnerable children and ensure timely intervention for improving their overall health and nutritional status.
