Officials Asked to Accelerate Digital Crop Survey, Map Demarcation and SVAMITVA Scheme

Collector Jitendra Yadav chaired a meeting of revenue officials at the Collectorate conference hall and reviewed the progress of revenue-related works and various government schemes being implemented across the district.
The Collector directed all revenue officials to complete assigned tasks within the prescribed timelines and ensure that revenue cases are disposed of in a timely, legally compliant and high-quality manner.
Digital Crop Survey to Be Completed Within Deadline
During the meeting, Collector Jitendra Yadav reviewed the progress of the Digital Crop Survey and instructed officials to complete the survey accurately within the stipulated timeframe.
He also directed officials to accelerate work related to map demarcation (Naksha Batankan). While reviewing the progress of different tehsils, he expressed displeasure over slow-performing areas and instructed the concerned officials to speed up the work and achieve their targets within the निर्धारित deadline.
100% SVAMITVA Target to Be Achieved in 20 Days
The Collector also reviewed the implementation of the SVAMITVA Scheme and directed officials to achieve 100% of the remaining targets within the next 20 days.
According to the district administration, Record of Rights for 352 villages has been prepared so far. Jitendra Yadav instructed officials to accelerate the preparation of records for the remaining villages and complete the process within the prescribed timeframe.
He appreciated the work of Lal Bahadur Nagar Tehsildar Neelkanth Janbandhu, Dongargarh Naib Tehsildar Jharna Rajput and Chirag Ramteke for their excellent performance in implementing the SVAMITVA Scheme.
SVAMITVA Scheme to Help Resolve Property Disputes
The Collector said effective implementation of the SVAMITVA Scheme will enable rural residents to obtain official records establishing their property rights.
He added that the scheme will also help in resolving property-related disputes and provide greater clarity regarding ownership of rural properties.

Strict Action Against Encroachment on Government Land
Collector Jitendra Yadav directed revenue officials to take strict action against encroachments on government land.
He said protecting government land is one of the administration’s primary responsibilities. Officials were instructed to take effective action as per rules and ensure that government land remains protected.
Regular Review of Pending Revenue Cases
The Collector emphasized that all revenue cases must be disposed of within the prescribed timeframe while maintaining legal compliance and quality.
Officials were also instructed to regularly review pending cases, avoid unnecessary delays and continuously monitor revenue-related work.
He stressed that timely disposal of cases is essential for providing efficient services to citizens and ensuring effective implementation of government programmes.
Senior Revenue Officials Attend Meeting
The meeting was attended by Additional Collectors C.L. Markandey and Prem Prakash Sharma, Nazul Officer Prakash Tandon, along with all Sub-Divisional Revenue Officers, Tehsildars and Naib Tehsildars of the district.
