Beneficiaries Receive Ration Cards, Housing Keys, Job Cards, and KCC Loans

Under the Good Governance Festival (Sushasan Tihar) 2026, a Public Grievance Redressal Camp was organized at Gram Panchayat Sivnikala in Dongargarh block. Villagers from 12 Gram Panchayats participated in the camp and submitted a total of 1,488 applications, including 1,485 demand-related applications and 3 grievance-related applications. Authorities have initiated prompt action for the disposal of all received applications.
Residents from Sivnikala, Bijanapur, Bilhari, Chaitukhapari, Khaira, Khursipar, Mohara, Mudiya, Puraina, Ruwatla, Sahaspur, and Semhara Gram Panchayats attended the camp. On the occasion, public representatives also performed the foundation stone laying and inauguration of various development works.

Several government departments distributed benefits under different welfare schemes. The Janpad Panchayat Dongargarh provided ration cards to eight beneficiaries, while five beneficiaries who completed their houses under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (Gramin) received house keys. Under the Bihan initiative, five women were awarded Lakhpati Didi certificates, and three beneficiaries received job cards.
The Health Department distributed Ayushman Vay Vandana Cards to three senior citizens above the age of 70. Three adolescent girls received HPV certificates, while one child was issued a birth certificate. Under the Ujjwala Yojana, ten beneficiaries received LPG gas connections through the Indian Gas Agency, Sivnikala.

The Fisheries Department distributed fishing nets and ice boxes to two beneficiaries, while the District Cooperative Central Bank, Mohara branch, provided Kisan Credit Card (KCC) loans to six farmers. The Education Department honored nine meritorious students from Classes 10 and 12 with certificates of appreciation.
The Women and Child Development Department organized traditional God Bharai ceremonies for pregnant women and Annaprashan ceremonies for infants. A large-scale Blood Donation Festival Camp was also organized, where 17 individuals voluntarily donated blood. All donors were honored with helmets and appreciation certificates.

Eighteen departments, including Revenue, Panchayat and Rural Development, Education, Public Health Engineering, Agriculture, Horticulture, Electricity, Cooperation, Health, Transport, Forest, Fisheries, Food, and Animal Husbandry, set up information stalls to educate villagers about various government schemes and services.
The camp was attended by Mayor Madhusudan Yadav, District Panchayat President Kiran Vaishnav, Janpad Panchayat Dongargarh President Lata Sinha, District Panchayat Vice President Kiran Sahu, former MLA Ramji Bharti, Additional Collector C.L. Markandeya, SDM M. Bhargava, along with public representatives, government officials, and a large number of villagers.
