He stated that Rajnandgaon district is among the leading districts in grievance redressal under the CM Helpline and instructed all departments to continue resolving public grievances proactively.

Reviewing the implementation of the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana (PMAY) in both urban and rural areas, the Collector directed officials to accelerate the pace of housing construction. He also reviewed the Pradhan Mantri Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, describing it as a major government initiative, and instructed departments to speed up its implementation.

He directed officials to organise awareness camps in urban and rural areas while coordinating with banks, the electricity department and vendors to improve implementation. The Collector noted that the scheme provides government subsidies to beneficiaries and has been effective in reducing electricity bills to zero for many households. He instructed officials to maximise public awareness and ensure greater coverage under the scheme.

The Collector said that all departments should strive for excellent performance on the Atal Monitoring Portal and ensure timely data entry as per the prescribed parameters.

Reviewing the Agristack Bucket Claim programme, he said that around 20,000 farmers’ claims had been processed during the past 20 days. However, technical issues such as land records in other villages, discrepancies in land documents and Aadhaar details have delayed several applications. He directed officials to resolve the pending cases in mission mode and expedite the remaining claims.

The Collector also instructed officials to speed up mutation and uncontested mutation cases and reviewed the progress of the PM-Kisan Samman Nidhi Yojana along with fertiliser storage and distribution. He emphasised that farmers must have adequate availability of fertilisers and quality seeds during the cultivation season.

Reviewing the HPV vaccination programme, the Collector directed officials to prioritise vaccination of girls aged 14 years and above in both urban and rural areas. He said that 6,550 girls in the district have been vaccinated so far and instructed departments to further improve the programme’s progress.
