Sushasan Tihar 2026: Collector Reviews Preparations for Public Grievance Redressal Camps under Sushasan Tihar 2026

62 Camps to be Organised Across District from May 4 to June 10; Officials Issued Necessary Guidelines

Collector Shri Jitendra Yadav today chaired a review meeting of district-level officials at the Collectorate meeting hall to assess preparations for the public grievance redressal camps to be organised under Sushasan Tihar 2026. During the meeting, he conducted a detailed review of arrangements related to the upcoming camps.


District-Wide Camps to Address Public Issues

The Collector informed that from May 4 to June 10, 2026, public grievance redressal camps will be organised on different dates at a total of 62 locations across urban and rural areas of the district. He directed officials to ensure prompt and effective resolution of issues received from citizens during the camps.

He stated that Sushasan Tihar is an important public welfare initiative of the government aimed at providing time-bound solutions to citizens’ problems while ensuring that eligible beneficiaries receive the benefits of various government schemes.


Focus on Quality Disposal of Applications

The Collector instructed officials to thoroughly examine all applications received during the camps and ensure quality-based resolution. He emphasized that information about government welfare schemes should reach the maximum number of citizens through these camps.

He further directed departments to make special efforts to identify eligible beneficiaries and extend scheme benefits to them effectively.


Departmental Participation and Public Facilities

Collector Shri Yadav instructed all department heads to remain present at the camps with updated departmental information and provide necessary guidance to citizens. He also directed officials to ensure basic facilities at camp venues, including drinking water, shade, seating arrangements, and health services, so that the public does not face any inconvenience.

He emphasized that all officers must remain present at designated camp locations on scheduled dates and work with sensitivity and seriousness towards resolving public grievances.

The meeting was attended by Divisional Forest Officer Shri Ayush Jain, CEO District Panchayat Ms. Suruchi Singh, Additional Collector Shri C.L. Markandey, Additional Collector Shri Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Corporation Commissioner Shri Atul Vishwakarma, along with district-level officers from various departments.
