He instructed officials to ensure regular tanker supply in water-affected areas to prevent inconvenience to residents.

Instructions to Valve Operators

The Commissioner directed valve operators to release water supply only after overhead tanks are completely filled. He further instructed them to physically inspect supply areas after opening valves and check pipelines for leakages or issues.

Valve operators were asked to immediately inform concerned officers in case of dirty water supply, low pressure, or any technical deficiencies.

Focus on Cleanliness and Staff Accountability

Along with water supply inspection, Vishwakarma also reviewed sanitation arrangements. He directed ward in-charges to ensure daily attendance of sanitation staff during morning hours and to monitor that employees perform duties within scheduled timings.

Special instructions were issued to maintain cleanliness around public toilets and ponds. He emphasized daily cleaning of streets and drains in densely populated areas along with regular waste collection.

During inspection in Janata Colony, construction material found lying on the road and inside drains led to immediate action, and a fine of ₹500 was imposed on the concerned individual.

The Commissioner instructed officials to take strict action against encroachments, dumping of debris, and spreading of garbage. He also appealed to residents to hand over household waste to door-to-door waste collection workers instead of dumping it on roads or in drains.

Residents were encouraged to keep surroundings clean and cooperate in making wards clean and visually appealing.
