Former Rajnandgaon councillor and ex-City Congress General Secretary Hemant Ostwal has sought a public clarification from Mayor Madhusudan Yadav on the status of the ₹10-crore road resurfacing project and the alleged unauthorised occupation of 180 PMAY houses in Lakholi, while also calling for greater transparency in municipal development works.
