Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Chairman Reviews Public Applications, Directs Officials for Prompt Action

Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Chairman Neelu Sharma interacted with citizens from different parts of the district during a Jan Darshan programme, listening to public grievances and reviewing applications submitted by residents.
After examining the applications received during the programme, Sharma directed the concerned departmental officials to ensure prompt and effective action on the issues raised by citizens.

Focus on Timely Resolution of Public Grievances
Addressing the gathering, Sharma said the primary objective of the Jan Darshan programme is to facilitate the speedy resolution of public grievances while ensuring that government welfare schemes reach every eligible beneficiary.
He said the state government, under the leadership of Chief Minister Vishnu Deo Sai, is working with a commitment to public welfare and good governance.
According to Sharma, the programme is designed to ensure that benefits of various government welfare initiatives are delivered to eligible citizens in a timely and transparent manner.

Awareness of Government Schemes
Sharma said Jan Darshan also serves as a platform to inform citizens about various welfare schemes being implemented by the state government, enabling more eligible beneficiaries to access available assistance.
During the programme, officials provided information on multiple government schemes and encouraged eligible residents to avail themselves of the benefits.
Sharma assured participants that every application concerning public interest would be addressed with sensitivity and priority, adding that no negligence would be tolerated in resolving citizens’ grievances.
