Chhattisgarh Tourism Board made a strong presence at FAITH Conclave 2026, organised by the Federation of Associations in Indian Tourism and Hospitality (FAITH) at Hotel Taj in New Delhi on July 17.
The prestigious event brought together leading experts from the tourism and hospitality sector, national and international travel agents, representatives of tourism departments from various states, travel media professionals and prominent industry stakeholders from across the country.
Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Chairman Neelu Sharma and Managing Director Vivek Acharya participated in a special panel discussion focused on the tourism potential of Chhattisgarh.
Natural and Cultural Heritage Highlighted
During the panel discussion, speakers highlighted Chhattisgarh’s rich natural heritage, tribal culture, religious and archaeological tourism, eco-tourism and adventure tourism opportunities.

The discussion also focused on the investment and development potential of the state’s tourism sector. Guests, tourism experts and representatives of the travel industry were introduced to Chhattisgarh’s unique tourism attractions and invited to explore the state.
Chhattisgarh Tourism Board Focused on Global Recognition
Neelu Sharma said the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board is continuously working to give the state’s tourism destinations greater recognition at the national and international levels.
He said participation in prestigious platforms such as FAITH Conclave provides wider visibility to Chhattisgarh’s tourism potential. Such initiatives are expected to promote tourism investment, increase tourist footfall and create new employment opportunities in the state.
Chhattisgarh Emerging as an Attractive Tourism Destination
The active participation of the Chhattisgarh Tourism Board at FAITH Conclave 2026 is being seen as an important step towards establishing the state as an emerging and attractive tourism destination on India’s tourism map.
