Collector Felicitates BLOs for Outstanding Performance in Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026

Collector Jitendra Yadav honoured seven BLOs with appreciation certificates for achieving over 90% digitisation of enumeration forms under the ongoing Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026.

Under the directives of the Election Commission of India, the district is currently carrying out the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) 2026. The process is progressing smoothly under the guidance of Collector and District Election Officer Jitendra Yadav. BLOs are conducting door-to-door visits, filling enumeration forms, and ensuring timely online updates.

To recognise exemplary performance in the digitisation of enumeration forms, Collector and District Election Officer Jitendra Yadav felicitated seven Booth Level Officers (BLOs) with appreciation certificates for achieving more than 90% digitisation.

Among them, Rajkumar Sahu, BLO of Polling Station 87 in Village Sundara under Rajnandgaon Assembly Constituency, was specially honoured for completing 100% digitisation — the highest in the entire district.

Similarly, the Collector recognised the following BLOs for their exceptional work in form digitisation under SIR 2026:

  • Vidya Sahu, BLO of Polling Station 221, Era (Rajnandgaon Assembly) — 99.63% digitisation
  • Lakeshwari Chandane, BLO of Polling Station 194, Thakurtola — 93.62%
  • Amerika Thakur, BLO of Polling Station 208, Birejhar — 93.47%
  • Girja Lezhanre, BLO of Polling Station 214, Kanharpuri (Khujji Assembly) — 95.57%
  • Rajkumari Sahu, BLO of Polling Station 241, Dangania (Dongargarh Assembly) — 95.55%
  • Pushpa Bai, BLO of Polling Station 195, Basantpur — 92.57%

Collector Yadav lauded the dedication of all BLOs and said their efficient fieldwork and commitment have ensured the smooth progress of the Special Intensive Revision across the district.
