Organised with the objective of delivering government welfare schemes to the last mile beneficiary, Sushasan Tihar 2026 is emerging as an effective platform for grievance redressal and public service delivery in rural areas. For farmer Shri Lekhuram, a resident of remote forest village Piparkharkala under Dongargarh development block, the initiative proved highly beneficial as his long-pending issue was resolved instantly at a public grievance camp.
Farmer Receives Immediate Relief at Camp
During the Jan Samasya Nivaran Camp organised at Cluster Gram Panchayat Budhanchhapar, farmer Shri Lekhuram arrived seeking assistance for obtaining his Kisan Kitab (farmer book). He informed officials that due to the absence of this essential document, he was unable to avail several agriculture-related facilities and government benefits.
After submitting his application at the Sushasan Tihar camp, the Revenue Department initiated immediate action and issued the Kisan Kitab to him on the spot. The farmer expressed visible happiness upon receiving the document without delay.
Shri Lekhuram said he had never expected such a quick resolution to his problem. He added that he was spared the need to visit large government offices, saving both time and financial expenses.
Access to Agricultural Benefits Now Easier
The farmer stated that with the Kisan Kitab now available, he will be able to easily obtain fertilisers and seeds from cooperative societies. He will also find it easier to access the Kisan Credit Card (KCC), agricultural loans, and various government welfare schemes.
He emphasised that the Kisan Kitab is an important document for farming activities and its absence creates several difficulties for farmers.
Sushasan Tihar Emerging as Effective Public Service Platform
Appreciating the government’s initiative, Shri Lekhuram said that Sushasan Tihar is truly becoming an effective medium for resolving public grievances. With camps being organised at the village level, rural residents no longer need to travel to departmental offices, and their issues are being addressed promptly.
Expressing gratitude, he thanked Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai and the district administration for organising such initiatives, stating that these camps are highly beneficial for people living in rural and forest regions. He also encouraged other villagers to participate in the camps and avail benefits of government schemes by getting their problems resolved through such platforms.
