The district in-charge secretary of Mohla-Manpur-Ambagarh Chowki, Shri Jay Prakash Maurya, visited the region to oversee the implementation of Su-Shasan Tihar 2025 – a state initiative aimed at resolving public grievances through direct governance outreach.

As part of his visit, Shri Maurya chaired a meeting with Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati and other officials to review the status of applications received from the public and the efforts being made to address them. He instructed authorities to ensure cluster-level camps are organized with specific themes for effective issue resolution.

He emphasized that:

  • All applications must be scanned and forwarded to the concerned departments.
  • Resolution efforts should be transparent, department-specific, and carried out with quality and accuracy.
  • If certain issues cannot be resolved due to ineligibility or other constraints, applicants must be informed with clear reasons.
  • Applications related to construction works at the panchayat level should be addressed based on budget availability and the applicants should be kept informed accordingly.
  • For revenue-related applications, local officers such as Patwaris should handle the resolution process.

Collector Smt. Prajapati shared that “Samadhan Petis” (Solution Boxes) have been placed in all Gram Panchayats, Nagar Panchayat Ambagarh Chowki, district collectorate, and weekly markets to collect public grievances. Additionally, an online portal has been activated for digital submissions. Camps will be held at the cluster level, and adequate staff has been deployed for smooth execution.

Later in the day, Secretary Maurya visited Gram Panchayat Kaudikasa, where he engaged directly with the local citizens to hear their concerns. He assured them of proactive and prompt resolution of their problems. One major request raised by villagers was the need for an additional water tank, to which the Secretary responded positively, assuring that estimates would be prepared and steps would be taken to resolve the issue.

Senior officials present during the visit included SP Yashpal Singh, DFO Dinesh Patel, Zila Panchayat CEO Bharti Chandrakar, and Additional Collector Vijendra Patle, among others.
