District administration reviews security, medical support, and examination arrangements to ensure smooth conduct

District Collector Jitendra Yadav carried out a surprise inspection of various examination centres during the NEET-2026 examination conducted by the National Testing Agency (NTA) to ensure smooth and transparent arrangements across the district.
The inspection aimed at monitoring real-time examination management and verifying that all prescribed guidelines were being strictly followed.
Review of Security and Surveillance Measures
During the visit, the Collector examined live CCTV surveillance systems installed at the centres and reviewed overall security arrangements. Officials briefed him about monitoring mechanisms and coordination between administrative and police personnel deployed at the venues.
He emphasized strict vigilance to maintain the integrity and transparency of the national-level examination.
Medical Support and Candidate Facilities Checked
The Collector also inspected the availability of first-aid facilities and medical support at the examination centres. He directed officials to ensure immediate assistance in case of any health emergency faced by candidates.
Detailed information was taken from centre superintendents regarding candidate entry procedures, seating arrangements, frisking protocols, and document verification processes.
Duty magistrates, police personnel, and supervisors were instructed to discharge their responsibilities with utmost seriousness and accountability.
Peaceful Conduct Across All Centres
According to district administration officials, NEET-2026 was conducted across six examination centres in Rajnandgaon under a controlled, secure, and peaceful environment.
The Collector stated that maintaining examination purity, security, and transparency remains a top priority for the administration. All concerned agencies worked in close coordination to ensure candidates faced no inconvenience during the examination.
