Swift Action on Grievance Raised During Collector’s Jan Darshan Clears Access Route for Farming and Movement

Acting on the directions of Collector Jitendra Yadav, the district administration has continued its campaign against illegal encroachments on government land. As part of the ongoing drive, the Revenue Department team today removed an illegal encroachment from government land in Patewa village under Ghumka tehsil.
The action followed an application submitted during the Collector’s Jan Darshan by Patewa resident Aiman Kumar, who informed the administration that an illegal encroachment on government land was causing difficulties in accessing his agricultural field and carrying out farming activities.
Taking immediate cognizance of the application, Collector Jitendra Yadav directed the concerned officials to remove the encroachment in accordance with the prescribed rules and ensure the prompt resolution of the applicant’s grievance.

In compliance with the Collector’s directions, a joint team led by Sub-Divisional Officer (Revenue) Gautam Kumar Patil, along with Tehsildar Mukesh Thakur, the Revenue Inspector, the concerned Halka Patwari and police personnel, reached the spot and carried out the removal of the illegal encroachment made by Jagdish Sahu on government land.
Following the action, the route for the applicant’s movement and agricultural activities has been made accessible.
The district administration stated that illegal encroachment of any kind on government land will not be tolerated. It further said that action in accordance with the rules will continue to be taken to free government land from encroachments and ensure the speedy resolution of public grievances.
