Rajnandgaon district administration removed an illegal encroachment from government land in Patewa village following a grievance raised during Collector Jitendra Yadav’s Jan Darshan. The action has eased access to the applicant’s agricultural field and improved movement for farming activities.

A tehsil-level inquiry has confirmed illegal encroachment on nearly 10 acres of government grazing land by Crest Steel & Power Limited in Tedesara, Rajnandgaon. The findings follow a complaint by the village sarpanch, with administration preparing legal action against the company.
