Resident of Rewadih Ward receives blood pressure screening, medical consultation, and medicines through government outreach initiative

The public grievance redressal camp organized under Sushasan Tihar 2026 in Ward No. 21, Rewadih Ward, is proving beneficial for local residents by delivering government services and welfare benefits directly to the community.
As part of the initiative, a health camp set up by the Health Department provided timely medical assistance and treatment to local resident Nayan Bai.
Timely Health Screening and Treatment
Nayan Bai said that her blood pressure (BP) was checked during the camp, where doctors assessed her overall health condition and provided the necessary medical advice and treatment.
Following the examination, she was also given medicines free of cost.
According to Nayan Bai, she was previously unaware of the availability of such healthcare services, but the camp enabled her to access medical facilities conveniently near her home.

She stated that receiving a health check-up, consultation from doctors, and medicines without any expense brought her significant relief.
Nayan Bai noted that the initiative helped eliminate the need for travel and medical expenses, making healthcare more accessible to ordinary citizens.

Highlighting the importance of such programmes, she said that camps of this nature are extremely useful for the general public, particularly for individuals who are unable to visit hospitals due to time constraints or financial limitations.
She expressed gratitude to the government, district administration, and the Health Department for organizing the camp and ensuring that essential healthcare services reach people at the grassroots level.
