Emergency Meeting Finalizes Grand Event Plan; College Magazine ‘Abhyuday’ to Be Released

An emergency meeting of the Jan Bhagidari Committee was held at Government Shivnath Science College to ensure the successful organization of the upcoming annual function and medal distribution ceremony. The meeting was conducted in the presence of Jan Bhagidari Committee President Ravi Sinha and Acting Principal Nirmala Umre.

It was unanimously decided that the annual function will be held on February 28 within the college campus in a traditional yet grand manner. During the meeting, detailed discussions were held regarding the event framework, stage arrangements, guest reception, cultural performances, medal distribution logistics, and student participation. The committee also resolved to release the college’s annual magazine titled “Abhyuday” during the समारोह.

For the event, Member of Parliament Santosh Pandey has consented to attend as the chief guest, while the program will be presided over by Rajnandgaon Mayor Madhusudan Yadav. Several dignitaries, including Santosh Agrawal, Khoobchand Parkh, Sachin Singh Baghel, Neelu Sharma, Yogesh Dutt Mishra, Komal Singh Rajput, Ramesh Patel, and Suman Baghel, are expected to attend as special guests.

Speaking during the meeting, Ravi Sinha stated that, like previous years, the annual function would be organized in a dignified, well-structured, and grand manner to honor students for their academic and co-curricular achievements and to continue the institution’s proud traditions.

Members of the Jan Bhagidari Committee assured full cooperation and assigned responsibilities among themselves to ensure the smooth execution of the event. Committee members Rajendra Jain, Vinod Dadda, Namitabh Jain, Pankaj Kunjrekar, Tarun Sahu, Ashish Sure, Rajesh Yadav, Gitesh Gupta, Kaushal Sharma, and Jan Bhagidari Coordinator Professor Anil Chandravanshi, along with the entire college staff, were present during the meeting.

The annual function is expected to witness enthusiastic participation from students, faculty members, alumni, and local dignitaries, highlighting academic excellence and cultural vibrancy within the institution.
