महापौर को इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए- सुरेन्द्र देवांगन

राजनांदगांव (BTI)- राष्ट्रीय मजदूर (इंटक) कांग्रेस राजनांदगंाव के शहर अध्यक्ष सुरेन्द्र देवांगन ने राजनांदगांव शहर के नवनिर्वाचित महापौर श्री मधुसूदन यादव के निगम कार्यालय के प्रथम दिवस में पत्रकार साथियों के साथ संवाद में कहा गया कि जल संकट मेरा प्रथम चुनौती है पर तीखा प्रहार किया हैं कि महापौर का इस प्रकार शब्दों का कहना उनके अनुभव पर सवाल पैदा करता है क्या वे पहली बार महापौर बने है या पहला दिन हैं जो निगम कार्यालय आये।
उन्होने नवनिर्वाचित महापौर को याद दिलाते हुए कहा कि वे 2003 से 2025 नगर निगम राजनांदगांव एवं संसदीय क्षेत्र में निर्वाचित होकर उच्च पदों पर आसीन हो  चूके है और तीसरी बार महापौर बने हैं फिर ये नवा-नवेली वाला जैसी शब्दों का उपयोग करना?
विगत कुछ दिनों पहले अखबार के  माध्यम से यह प्रकाश में आया कि शिवनाथ नदी एनीकट पर 15 वर्षो से वहाँ पर ध्यान नहीं दिया गया साफ-सफाई पर जिसके वजह से वहाँ पर गाद (सिल्ट) जमा हो गया है। महापौर जी 2003 में जब डॉ. रमन सिंह जी मुख्यमंत्री बने तब कार्यवाहक महापौर बने उसके बाद निगम के सभापति बने 2009 में सांसद रहे पूरे पाँच साल कार्यकाल पूरा किये 2014 में फिर प्रचंड बहुमत से महापौर बने त्रिपल इंजन की सरकार चलाई प्रधानमंत्री नरेन्द्र मोदी, मुख्यमंत्री रमन सिंह और स्वंय निगम में महापौर रहने पर शहर की जनता को क्या मिला आज विकास ही विकास रोजगार ही रोजगार, स्वास्थ्य सुविधा,  शिक्षा ही शिक्षा दिखाई देना था राजनांदगांव का  क्या  कायाकल्प हो जाना था। बरसात में मात्र 6 से 8 घंटे बारिश होने पर मोहारा का वाटर फिल्टर प्लांट पानी में डूब जाता हैं जिसके वजह से मोटर जल जाती है और भरी बरसात में शहर की जनता प्यासी रहती है। अब तक प्लांट के मोटरों की सूरक्षा या स्थानांतरण हो जाना था इस सब का जिम्मेदार वर्तमान महापौर हैं। मगर अभी भी शहर की जनता मूलभूत सुविधा से वंचित हैं।
मूलभुत सुविधा से तरसना पड़ रहा है वह भी पानी के लिए, महापौर का इतने सालों का अनुभव पद- पावर में रहने के बाद भी जल संकट का होना ऐसे महापौर को मेरे एवं जनता के हिसाब से इस्तीफा दे देना चाहिए।
