With this move, two important trains — Samta Express (12807/12808) and Gondwana Express (12409/12410) — will now provide direct access from Rajnandgaon to Haridwar, eliminating the need for passengers to change trains at other junctions. The approval paves the way for easier and more convenient travel to key pilgrimage destinations including the Char Dham circuit.
