Ensure Quality Disposal of CM Helpline 1076 Applications Within the Prescribed Timeline: Collector Jitendra Yadav

Collector directs departments to strengthen grievance redressal, organise agriculture outreach camps, expedite Aadhaar verification, HPV vaccination and PM Surya Ghar Scheme implementation

Collector Jitendra Yadav on Tuesday chaired the weekly time-limit review meeting at the Collectorate conference hall, where he conducted a comprehensive review of departmental performance and the progress of the government’s priority schemes.

The Collector directed all departments to ensure the timely and quality disposal of applications received through CM Helpline 1076, public grievances, applications submitted under Sushasan Tihar, and other pending cases. He stressed that all grievances must be resolved within the stipulated time frame with accountability and regular online monitoring.

Reviewing department-wise pendency under CM Helpline 1076, he said timely disposal of complaints was mandatory and instructed officials to closely monitor the progress of every case. He also directed departments to submit replies related to the ongoing Assembly session within the prescribed deadline.

Focus on Plantation Drive and Aadhaar Verification

The Collector instructed officials to make extensive preparations for a district-wide plantation campaign and directed that Aadhaar verification of all students enrolled in schools be completed on priority.

He also reviewed pending cases under the weekly time-limit mechanism, PGN, PG Portal, and Jandarshan, directing officials to expedite their disposal.

Agriculture Chaupals to Promote Crop Diversification

Reviewing preparations for the Kharif 2026 season, Collector Yadav sought updates on the availability and storage of fertilisers and seeds.

He said that under the Krishak Unnati Yojana, farmers opting for crop diversification from paddy to pulses, oilseeds and other crops would receive input assistance of ₹15,000 per acre from the Kharif 2026 season.

To encourage greater participation, he instructed officials to organise Agriculture Chaupals in every village to create awareness about government schemes and motivate farmers to adopt diversified cropping for higher income with lower cultivation costs.

The Collector informed that AgriStack registration of 1,44,572 farmers in the district has already been completed and directed officials to complete the registration of the remaining farmers at the earliest.

Special Monitoring of High-Risk Pregnancies

The Collector directed the Health Department to ensure mandatory screening of high-risk pregnant women and accelerate the process.

He instructed officials to give special attention to sonography, healthcare services and medicine availability while also monitoring the health status of high-risk pregnant women on a daily basis through mobile-based follow-up.

HPV Vaccination Drive to Be Accelerated

Reviewing the progress of the HPV vaccination campaign, the Collector was informed that 3,800 adolescent girls in the district have already received the vaccine.

He instructed health officials to prepare school-wise rosters and intensify the vaccination campaign to achieve 100 percent of the targeted coverage within one month.

Greater Awareness for PM Surya Ghar Scheme

Collector Yadav also directed departments to intensify public awareness efforts for the effective implementation of the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana, describing it as an important initiative to reduce household electricity expenses.

He informed that 3,620 beneficiaries in the district have already installed rooftop solar panels and have become energy producers. Officials were instructed to accelerate implementation and ensure that more eligible citizens benefit from the scheme.

Boost to PM SVANidhi Beneficiaries

The Collector further instructed officials to identify more eligible beneficiaries under the PM SVANidhi Scheme to promote self-employment opportunities in urban areas.

He informed that loans have so far been sanctioned to 4,563 beneficiaries under the scheme in the district and directed the concerned departments to make special efforts to extend the benefits to all eligible street vendors.

The meeting was attended by Additional Collector C.L. Markandey, Additional Collector Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, Rajnandgaon SDM Gautam Patil, Dongargaon SDM Shrikant Koram, and other district-level officers.
