Under the leadership of BJP Tilai Mandal President Pardeshi Sonboira, a special initiative was organized at the Anganwadi center in Devdongar village, where nutritious food items were distributed among children.
In a bid to support the ongoing fight against malnutrition, children were given packets containing cashews, raisins, almonds, and bananas. The distribution was carried out in the presence of various public representatives, including Zila Panchayat Vice President Shila Takesh Singh, Janpad Vice President Anita Digendra Sinha, and regional Janpad member Manju Chandel.
Mandal President Pardeshi Sonboira also addressed the gathering of village women, raising awareness on malnutrition and highlighting the importance of the government’s Ready-to-Eat food schemes provided through Anganwadi centers. He emphasized the role of community participation in ensuring every child receives proper nutrition.
Other dignitaries present at the event included Society President Ramkumar Verma, Rakesh Sahu, Yashwant Verma, Hemant Lahare, Village Sarpanch Sevta Ji, Patel Rikhi Ram Mandavi, Sunny Sahu Ji, and Rikhi Ram Sen, along with Anganwadi workers and local villagers.
This initiative reflects the continued commitment of local leaders and citizens in improving the health and well-being of children in rural communities.
