The sixth day of the Shrimad Bhagwat Katha, organised by the Shadani Seva Mandal, witnessed a deeply devotional atmosphere at Pushpanjali Prangan, with the narration of Lord Krishna’s Raslila captivating a large gathering of devotees.

Katha Vyas Pujya Shri Rishiraj Ji took devotees through profound dimensions of devotion and spiritual knowledge, leaving the audience immersed in an atmosphere of faith and contemplation.

The confluence of devotion and knowledge was described as an experience in which devotees and the divine appeared to become one in an ocean of spiritual bliss.

Krishna’s Raslila Brings Devotion Alive

During the Katha, Pujya Shri Rishiraj Ji presented an emotional narration of Lord Krishna’s Raslila.

He explained that when the Gopis of Braj participate in Raslila in devotion to Lord Krishna, Mata Parvati also adorns herself to join the divine celebration.

According to the narration, Lord Shiva becomes equally captivated by the divine spectacle and assumes the appearance of a Gopi. After adorning himself with sixteen forms of traditional ornamentation and covering himself with a veil, Lord Shiva reaches Braj to participate in the Raslila.

Through the sacred narration of Shri Rishiraj Ji, the episode of Krishna’s love and Raslila came alive at Pushpanjali Prangan as a confluence of devotion, love and spiritual emotion.

He said that a person should worship the Supreme Being by becoming devoted to karma, knowledge and bhakti.

Chhappan Bhog Offered to Thakur Ji

On the occasion, Chhappan Bhog was offered to Thakur Ji.

A large number of devotees enjoyed the Raslila, while the atmosphere at Pushpanjali Prangan took on a distinctly Vrindavan-like spiritual character, filled with devotion and divine fervour.

The presentation and narration created an immersive devotional experience for those attending the sixth day of the Bhagwat Katha.

Families Perform Puja for Ancestors

The main Yajmans of the Katha, Suresh Lalwani, Nandlal and Rakesh Lalwani families, along with the Amit Sahebani and Sandeep Sahebani families, performed worship and prayers for the spiritual peace of their ancestors.

Badal Mal Meghwani from Bhilai was specially present during the worship ceremony.

Brahma Kumaris Emphasise the Importance of Spiritual Knowledge

The Katha was also attended by distinguished listeners from the Prajapita Brahma Kumaris Ishwariya Vishwavidyalaya. Sisters Rambha Didi and Anjali Didi, along with brother Chaitram, participated in the programme.

In her address, Rambha Didi said that anyone seeking to cross the ocean of worldly existence must enter the ocean of spiritual knowledge.

Nandgaon Times Editor Honoured

During the programme, Nandgaon Times editor Ashok Pandey and his wife Kalpana Pandey were honoured by Pujya Shri Rishiraj Ji.

Several other distinguished guests and devotees also attended the Katha, including Shyam Charan Gupta, Gaurishankar Gupta, Jai Khandelwal and Kalpesh Bhimjiyani.

Representatives of the Art of Living family, including Bohita Varu, Kapil Varu and Rakesh Sharma, were also present.

A large number of devotees participated in the sixth day of the religious programme and immersed themselves in the spiritual consciousness of Sanatan Bharat.
