Mayor Madhusudan Yadav Announces Installation of Eight Air Conditioners for Rajput Community Hall in Presence of Assembly Speaker Dr Raman Singh

A light-hearted exchange turned into a memorable moment during Chhattisgarh Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh’s visit to Rajnandgaon, when members of the Chhattisgarh Rajput Mahasabha met him to discuss community activities and raise a long-pending demand for air-conditioning the Rajput Community Hall.
As women members of the organisation requested the installation of eight air conditioners (ACs) in the community hall, Mayor Madhusudan Yadav responded with a remark that drew laughter and applause across the venue.
“Why trouble the tiger for small tasks? The cheetahs are enough,” the Mayor said, indicating that such work could be handled at the local level without requiring the Assembly Speaker’s intervention.
In the presence of Dr. Raman Singh, Mayor Madhusudan Yadav immediately announced that eight air conditioners would be installed in the Rajput Community Hall. The announcement was welcomed with prolonged applause from community members, who expressed their gratitude to the Mayor.

Long-Pending Demand Addressed
The Rajput Community Hall regularly hosts social, cultural and public events, and the need for air-conditioning had been felt for a considerable period due to the large number of attendees at community programmes.
Community representatives had placed the proposal before Assembly Speaker Dr. Raman Singh during the interaction.
According to those present, Dr. Raman Singh was about to respond to the request when Mayor Madhusudan Yadav took the initiative and announced that he would take responsibility for installing the eight air conditioners.
Dr. Raman Singh Encourages Long-Term Community Planning
Responding to the Mayor’s announcement with a smile, Dr. Raman Singh encouraged the office-bearers of the Rajput Mahasabha to prepare larger and long-term development proposals for the community.
He assured the gathering that public representatives would extend every possible support for initiatives aimed at the welfare and development of the community.
The programme was attended by Chhattisgarh Rajput Mahasabha Women’s Wing State President Sushma Singh, State Vice-President Kanaklata Singh, Rekha Singh, Sudha Pawar, Nisha Sengar, Anju Singh, Swati Chauhan, Dimple Bhadauria, other office-bearers of the women’s wing, and a large number of community members.
