18 Departments Set Up Stalls at Agricultural Produce Market; Solar Energy Beneficiaries Share Experiences

The Seva Setu campaign under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan is emerging as an effective platform for connecting citizens with government schemes, services and facilities.
As part of the campaign, a block-level Seva Setu camp was organised at the Agricultural Produce Market premises in Dongargarh, where various government departments set up stalls at a single location to provide information about welfare schemes and facilitate benefits for eligible beneficiaries.
18 Departments Participate in Seva Setu Camp
Stalls were set up by 18 departments, including Panchayat and Rural Development, Revenue, Education, Public Health Engineering, Public Works, Agriculture, Horticulture, Electricity, Health, Fisheries, Food, Animal Husbandry Development, Pradhan Mantri Gram Sadak Yojana and Chief Minister Gram Sadak Yojana.
A total of 23 applications related to various schemes and services were received from citizens during the camp. Action is being taken for their prompt disposal.
The camp provided citizens an opportunity to obtain information about different government schemes and services at a common platform.

Students and Anganwadi Workers Honoured
Students who secured first, second and third positions in the Mere Sapno Ka Bharat painting and speech competitions organised under the Seva Sankalp Abhiyan were felicitated during the camp.
The Women and Child Development Department also honoured Anganwadi workers, Anganwadi helpers and Mitanins who had performed outstanding work by presenting them with certificates of appreciation.
Solar Energy Beneficiaries Share Experiences
The Electricity Department honoured beneficiaries who had installed solar panels under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana.
Beneficiaries shared their experiences of adopting solar energy, including the savings achieved in their electricity bills and the benefits received under the scheme.
The interaction highlighted the experiences of beneficiaries who have adopted solar power through the government initiative.
Public Representatives and Officials Attend
Markfed Chairman Shashikant Dwivedi, Janpad Panchayat President Lata Ajay Sinha, Municipal Council President Raman Dongre, Janpad Panchayat Vice-President Heeraram Verma, Municipal Council Vice-President Uma Mahesh Verma, Zila Panchayat member and committee chairperson Anita Mandavi, former MLAs Ramji Bharti and Vinod Khandekar, and other public representatives and officials attended the programme.
Those present also included Tarun Hathel, Janpad members Pratima Khare and Ramkunwar Kamde, Anil Sinha, Kamleshwar Verma, Saumitra Soni, Balwinder Singh Bhatia, Jain Kumar Meshram, Amit Bose, Jasmeet Singh Bannoana, Vinay Bansal, councillor Sumit Tamrakar and Alderman Lakshmi Yadav, along with the Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat Dongargarh.
Sarpanches, Panchayat Secretaries, Rozgar Sahayaks, PRPs, Bihan cadre members and a large number of citizens were also present at the camp.
