IAS Officer Durga Prasad Adhikari Assumes Charge as CEO of Rajnandgaon Zila Panchayat

Newly appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rajnandgaon Zila Panchayat, Durga Prasad Adhikari, officially assumed charge on Monday at the District Panchayat office located in the Collectorate campus.

A 2023-batch Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officer, Adhikari took over the responsibilities in the presence of district panchayat officials and staff members.

ALSO READ-

The formal charge-taking ceremony was attended by officers and employees of the Zila Panchayat, who welcomed the new CEO.

With his appointment, the district administration is expected to continue strengthening the implementation of rural development programmes and Panchayati Raj initiatives across Rajnandgaon district.
