Duplicate Loan Passbook Issued Immediately to Farmer During Collector’s Jan Darshan

With the issuance of the loan passbook, farmer can now sell paddy and purchase seeds and fertilizers without difficulty.

Swift administrative action during the Jan Darshan program brought relief to farmer Shri Moolchand Teli of village Jhinjhari under Lal Bahadur Nagar Tehsil. The farmer had applied for the issuance of a duplicate loan passbook before Collector Jitendra Yadav. Acting promptly on the Collector’s directives, officials processed his request and handed over the duplicate loan passbook on the spot.

Shri Moolchand Teli shared that he was facing difficulties in availing agricultural loans for seeds and fertilizers due to the absence of the loan passbook. He also could not proceed with the sale of his paddy crop. With the new passbook in hand, his problems have now been resolved.

Expressing gratitude, he said that receiving the loan passbook will now allow him to sell paddy smoothly and obtain necessary agricultural inputs such as seeds and fertilizers without any further delay.

The Jan Darshan initiative continues to serve as an effective platform for citizens to present their issues directly to the district administration and receive timely solutions.
