CM Vishnu Deo Sai Inaugurates Newly Built Specialized Adoption Agency

Chief Minister Shri Vishnu Deo Sai today inaugurated the newly constructed building of the Specialized Adoption Agency (SAA) in Hiramoti Ward, Rajnandgaon. Built at an estimated cost of ₹36.66 lakh, the facility aims to provide a safer, more nurturing environment for children awaiting adoption under the state’s child protection services.

During the inauguration ceremony, CM Sai was joined by Speaker Dr. Raman Singh, who, along with other dignitaries, interacted affectionately with the children residing at the center. The leaders offered toys, shared warm conversations, and expressed their emotional connection with the young residents. These gestures underscored the administration’s humane and inclusive approach to governance.

The CM took detailed updates from District Program Officer Ms. Gurpreet Kaur regarding the operational management and care protocols of the adoption agency. He emphasized that such institutions are not just service providers but are shelters of hope and dignity for vulnerable children.

The visiting delegation, which included MP Santosh Pandey, Mayor Madhusudan Yadav, and State Tourism Board Chairman Neelu Sharma, also inspected the newly built infrastructure. They lauded the thoughtful design and arrangements meant to create a child-friendly space.

Key administrative officials present included Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure, SP Mohit Garg, and Zila Panchayat CEO Suruchi Singh, among others. The event highlighted the government’s commitment to strengthening child protection frameworks and ensuring a nurturing future for every child.
