In a significant step to promote regional language and cultural education, the Chhattisgarh Rajbhasha Commission (Government of Chhattisgarh), Raipur, has presented a collection of Chhattisgarhi-language literary books to the Shri Chakradhar Kathak Kalyan Kendra. The books, totaling around 30 titles, were handed over to the center’s founder and director, Dr. Krishna Kumar Sinha, by Girish Thakkar (late), District Vice President of Chhattisgarh Sahitya Samiti, and veteran art and literature enthusiast Rakesh Indu Bhushan Thakur. These books include notable translations and original works such as Nirmala by Munshi Premchand (translated into Chhattisgarhi), Patanjali Yog Sutra, Indravati Nadi, Jai Chhattisgarh Dai, Mama Dai Ke Kahani, Mechka Raja, Machhari Rani, Baba Guru Ghasidas, and Zindagi Ke Kissa.

In a special gesture, spiritual texts authored by Pt. Shriram Sharma Acharya, including Mar-Mar Kar Bhi Amar Hoga and Geet Mala, were also donated to help students deepen their understanding of religion and spirituality.

Director Dr. Krishna Kumar Sinha expressed heartfelt gratitude to the Chhattisgarh Rajbhasha Commission for their generous support in preserving and promoting regional literature. Present at the event were the center’s secretary and classical dancer Tushar Sinha, Mrs. Geetanjali Sinha, and a large number of art and music students. The information was shared by Tushar Sinha.
