Special Session on “Solutions Through Diologues and Interaction” To Bridge Generations

The Chhattisgarh Branch of the Indian Academy of Pediatrics will host a grand three-day Silver Jubilee Celebration on October 3, 4, and 5 at the Padma Shri Govindram Nirmalkar Aquarium Auditorium in Rajnandgaon.
Convener Padma Shri Dr. Pukhraj Bafna while talking to media persons informed that the celebration will bring together prominent experts, thinkers, and motivational speakers from across the nation in the fields of health, education, and social service.
The centerpiece of the program will be a special three-hour session on the theme “Solutions Through dialogues and Interaction”, designed as a symbolic dialogue between two generations.
In this interactive format, participants will openly share their experiences, perspectives, and ideas. The natural outcomes of this dialogue are expected to provide practical solutions, inspiring takeaways, and exemplary guidance — useful for society at large and potentially valuable even for policymakers.
Dr. Bafna explained that this is the first time such a program is being organized in Rajnandgaon, and it aligns with IAP’s long-standing theme: “IAP with the Community”, focusing on fostering healthy communication between generations and promoting children’s holistic development.
Although this event is being organised for Chhattishgarh but the presence of renowned experts from Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata, Nashik, and other parts of India will also participate, sharing their knowledge on child health, development, and education will add a national perspective to the celebration and heightens community interest added he.

The leadership of Dr. Bafna, a renowned pediatrician and adolescent health consultant from Rajnandgaon who has been honored with the Padma Shri award for his outstanding service to society is expected to make this program especially meaningful for youth, parents, and community members.
