The tribal-dominated district of Mohla is gearing up for the Good Governance Festival 2025 (Sushasan Tihar 2025) with full vigor. A key meeting was convened today at the District Office, chaired by Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati, to discuss detailed preparations. Officials from all departments were present to deliberate on effective execution strategies.

The Collector emphasized that the festival must be conducted with utmost seriousness and accountability, in line with the directives of the Chhattisgarh Government. “This festival is a vital platform to extend the benefits of government schemes, services, and welfare initiatives to the public,” she said.

Sushasan Tihar 2025 will unfold in three structured phases, requiring inter-departmental coordination, alertness, and sensitivity. Officials were instructed to fulfill their responsibilities with dedication and commitment, ensuring that the benefits of various schemes reach the people efficiently.

CEO of Zila Panchayat, Ms. Bharti Chandrakar, SDM Manpur Shri Amit Nath Yogi, and other departmental officials were also present at the meeting to review planning and logistics.

Phase-wise Details of Sushasan Tihar 2025:

Phase 1: Application Collection (April 8–11)

From April 8 to 11, applications related to public grievances and services will be received between 10:00 AM and 5:00 PM at Gram Panchayat Headquarters, local markets (haat-bazaars), and block headquarters. Applications can also be submitted digitally through the online portal, accessible via Common Service Centers (CSC). Each application will be assigned a unique tracking code available on the portal for public reference.

Phase 2: Digital Processing and Redressal

In this phase, all applications will be scanned and uploaded into a centralized software system. These will be shared with the relevant departments both digitally and physically. Officials will work to resolve the issues within a month, and the quality of resolution will be analyzed at both district and state levels.

Phase 3: Solution Camps (May 5–31)

From May 5 to 31, Solution Camps will be organized across the district. Each camp will cover 8 to 15 Panchayats, where applicants will receive updates about their applications. Camps will also be held in urban areas where required. Information about camp schedules will be shared with applicants via SMS and the portal. These camps will also disseminate information about government welfare schemes, and eligible beneficiaries will be provided with application forms on the spot. Block-level officers have been appointed to oversee and manage the camps effectively.

Leadership Involvement & Oversight:

  • Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Ministers, Cabinet Ministers, and senior state officials will personally visit select camps.
  • Unscheduled inspections of ongoing development projects and welfare schemes will be conducted.
  • Review meetings will be held in district headquarters to evaluate progress and discuss future plans.
  • A press conference and meetings with civil society and citizens will follow each district visit.
