Chairing the weekly review meeting at the Collectorate conference hall, he emphasised that the District Hospital and Government Medical College share the responsibility of providing effective healthcare services so that patients receive proper treatment locally.

The Collector reviewed institutional delivery arrangements and hospital requirements, noting that patients from sub-health centres, primary health centres, and community health centres are often referred to the district hospital, making its role crucial.
