Four Young Archers from Sanskardhani Set to Compete at National Level

Remarkable State-Level Performance Earns Them Spot at Prestigious Event

Rajnandgaon (BTI)- Four young archers from Sanskardhani Archery Association are all set to represent their region at the upcoming NTPC Cherukuri Lenin Volga Memorial Mini Open National Archery Championships in Guntur, Andhra Pradesh. The championships will be held in two phases – the Under-10 category from March 22 to March 25 and the Under-15 category from March 26 to March 30.

Vedika Netam and Humendra Netam, two promising archers from the association, have secured their place in the Under-10 National Championship after delivering stellar performances at the recently concluded state-level tournament, where they clinched first positions in their respective categories.

In the Under-15 category, Sanskar Verma (Recurve) and Yug Nirmalkar (Compound) have earned their ticket to the nationals after showcasing their exceptional talent at the state championships. Both young archers have consistently balanced their academic commitments with rigorous sports training, making their achievements even more commendable.

Coaches Rahul Sahu and Kushal Rajak from Sanskardhani Archery Association expressed pride in the dedication and hard work of their protégés. They noted that the young athletes have maintained a disciplined approach, managing both studies and archery practice effectively, even during examination periods.

The association’s members and local dignitaries came forward to extend their best wishes to the athletes. Senior BJP leader and patron of the Sanskardhani Archery Association, Khubchand Parkh, along with Member of Parliament Santosh Pandey, Mayor Madhusudan Yadav, Association President Rajendra Golcha, and social worker Radheshyam Gupta, conveyed their heartfelt congratulations to the young talents.

Senior archers Anjali Yadav, Bhupendra Sinha, and Jatin Yadav, along with parents, association members, and well-wishers, also expressed their optimism for the team’s success at the national platform.

The Sanskardhani Archery Association continues to be a nurturing ground for young talent, promoting both sportsmanship and academic excellence. The upcoming championships will be a significant opportunity for these budding athletes to showcase their skills on a larger stage and bring pride to their hometown.
