The Didi Ke Goth radio program, organized under the Chhattisgarh State Rural Livelihood Mission (BIHAN) of the Panchayat and Rural Development Department, was held at the District Panchayat conference hall and simultaneously broadcast across all Janpad Panchayat headquarters and CLF centers.
The program aimed to encourage rural women to connect with government schemes and move towards self-reliance. Women who have already become self-sufficient through BIHAN groups shared their experiences, inspiring others to take similar steps.

SHG members across Janpad Panchayats, cluster organizations, and village-level organizations actively participated in listening to the broadcast. The fact that the voices and stories of local women were being aired generated a special excitement among participants, boosting both interest and self-confidence.
Local public representatives also joined women in listening to the program, underlining the importance of community engagement in women’s empowerment.
