Impressive Stone Art Display Highlights Environmental Awareness and Innovation

Students of the reputed institution Gayatri Vidyapeeth displayed remarkable creativity and environmental awareness during the Waste to Best and Stone Art Competition organized on Saturday, April 11. The event aimed to promote innovation, artistic expression, and environmental conservation among students.
Students Turn Waste Into Creative Masterpieces
The competition witnessed enthusiastic participation from students of Classes 6 to 10. On this occasion, students created attractive and useful items using unused and waste materials, earning appreciation from everyone present.
Participants prepared decorative and household items such as pen stands, flower vases, wall hangings, lamps, and other utility products using plastic bottles, old newspapers, cardboard, cloth pieces, CDs, tin containers, and other discarded materials.
Through their artwork, students conveyed a strong message that unused materials can be recycled creatively, contributing to environmental protection while giving them artistic value.

Stone Art Activity Draws Special Attention
The Stone Art activity also emerged as a major highlight of the program. Students showcased their imagination and fine artistic skills by painting ordinary stones with vibrant colors.
They created beautiful paintings, inspirational messages using glitter stones, natural scenery, and attractive designs, demonstrating impressive creativity and attention to detail.
School Leadership Appreciates Initiative
On the occasion, Principal Ankit Vyas stated that such activities help develop creativity, innovation, environmental sensitivity, and self-confidence among students. He also appreciated the teachers whose guidance played a vital role in making the event highly successful.
