Under the Su-Shasan Tihar 2025 initiative, aimed at enhancing public access to government services, a “Samadhan Shivir” (resolution camp) was organized at Kamla College for the residents of Wards 20, 21, 22, 44, and 45. The camp saw enthusiastic participation from citizens as officials from various departments addressed grievances, accepted new applications, and provided welfare scheme benefits directly to beneficiaries.

The event was graced by Mayor-in-Council members Shaiki Bagga and Raja Makhija, senior councilors Shiv Verma and Shekhar Yadav, as well as local ward councilors including Kuleshwar Dhruv, Priyanka Pankaj Kunjrekar, Sewak Ram Uike, Durendra Sahu, and Amit Kushwaha. Former councilors Vijay Rai and Mukesh Dhruv were also present.

Officials inspected departmental stalls and participated in social welfare ceremonies such as godbharai (pregnancy celebrations) and annaprashan (rice feeding ceremony) for newborns. Beneficiaries received essential documents and entitlements:
- Ayushman Vyay Vandana Cards for senior citizens like Krishnapuri Goswami (70+), enabling ₹5 lakh in health coverage
- Marriage Certificates under Mor Sangwari Yojana for residents like Dev Singh Rajput
- Ration Cards for beneficiaries including Varsha Sahu, Manisha Sahu, and Dilshwari Sinha
- Labor Cards for Jyoti Bai, Omkar, Sunil Martin, and others
- Social Security Pensions for elderly citizens like Narad Kunjam and Sushila Srivas
Additionally, adolescent girls received free sanitary napkins under the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao scheme, and the AYUSH and Health Departments conducted general health checkups while distributing informational brochures.

Citizens expressed gratitude to the administration for organizing the camp in their neighborhood. “I received my senior citizen Ayushman Card here without visiting the office,” said Krishnapuri Goswami. Dev Singh Rajput echoed similar sentiments about receiving his marriage certificate under Mor Sangwari Yojana with ease.
Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma and all department heads were present to ensure smooth facilitation of services. The next Samadhan Shivir will be held on May 16 at Motipur School Ground for Wards 1, 2, 3, 4, 7, and 8.
