In-Charge Minister Meets Former MP Ashok Sharma in Rajnandgaon

Discussion held on organisational strength, governance priorities and future political strategy

The district in-charge minister of Rajnandgaon and MLA Devendra Yadav from Durg was on a visit to Rajnandgaon on Tuesday. During the visit, he addressed a press conference organised at the Bharatiya Janata Party’s district office, where he spoke in detail about organisational activities, governance priorities, the revised framework of MGNREGA, and upcoming programmes of the government.

Following the press interaction, the in-charge minister paid a courtesy visit to former Lok Sabha Member of Parliament Ashok Sharma at his residence in Brahmanpara. During the meeting, he enquired about Sharma’s well-being and held discussions on key political and organisational issues.

Sources said that the interaction included deliberations on the current political scenario in the region, strengthening of the party organisation, and preparations for future programmes and electoral strategies.

The in-charge minister emphasised that the experience and guidance of senior leaders play a crucial role in reinforcing the organisation and stated that learning from their insights is essential for sustained organisational growth.

The district BJP president and the party treasurer were also present during the meeting.
