District Process Lab Launched in Rajnandgaon Under Adi Karmayogi Campaign

District Panchayat President Kiran Vaishnav Emphasizes Outreach of Government Schemes to Tribal Communities

As part of the Adi Karmayogi Campaign launched by the Ministry of Tribal Affairs, Government of India, a District Process Lab was inaugurated in Rajnandgaon on Monday. The inauguration was carried out by District Panchayat President Mrs. Kiran Vaishnav at Shri Rajwada Hotel and Restaurant.

Speaking at the occasion, Mrs. Vaishnav said the Adi Karmayogi Campaign is a significant initiative of the Central Government aimed at ensuring the effective delivery of welfare schemes to the last person in tribal-dominated areas. She emphasized that through this program, government officials, Adi Karmayogis, NGOs, self-help groups, social workers, and rural youth will form a strong network to connect people with every welfare scheme. She appealed for collective efforts to make the campaign successful.

District in-charge of the campaign, Mr. Sushil Kumar, informed that under the guidance of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, nearly 20 lakh Adi Karmayogis are being trained across the country, out of which 1.33 lakh will be prepared in Chhattisgarh. He described the initiative as a step towards establishing responsible and accountable governance.

Assistant Commissioner of Tribal and Scheduled Caste Development Department, Ms. Deeksha Gupta, highlighted that as part of the campaign, a three-day District Process Lab is being conducted. Participants include 28 representatives selected from departments such as Panchayat and Rural Development, Health, Forest, Revenue, Public Health Engineering, Women and Child Development, Agriculture, and also from non-governmental organizations.

Training providers included Mr. Yashwant Verma, Mr. Deepak Thakur, Ms. Renuka Kannouje, Mr. Kishore Maheshwari, Mr. Virendra Vaishnav, Mr. Dilip Kumar, and Mr. Amitesh Singh Parihar. Senior officials including Superintendent Mr. Purendra, Mr. Prashant, Mr. Mohneesh, Mr. Nikhil, Ms. Vinita, Ms. Jaya, and Ms. Smriti were also present on the occasion.
