District Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati convened a press conference at the district office today to announce the launch of the third and final phase of Su-Shasan Tihar 2025, a state-driven initiative aimed at improving governance and ensuring that welfare schemes reach the common people effectively.

Addressing the media, Collector Prajapati emphasized that Su-Shasan Tihar is not just a campaign but a commitment to good governance, transparency, and timely grievance redressal. “The primary goal is to deliver qualitative, timely, and result-oriented solutions to the problems of the public,” she said.

She informed that the campaign has been rolled out in three phases. The first phase, conducted from April 8 to April 11, collected grievances from the public through various platforms. During the second phase, these applications were digitized and forwarded to the concerned departments for resolution. The third phase, beginning May 5 and continuing till May 30, will involve direct public interaction through 25 solution camps organized across the district.

Out of the 48,041 grievances received so far, nearly 39,000 have been addressed and resolved after careful scrutiny. The solution camps will be held at both urban and rural locations, including three camps in Nagar Panchayat Ambagarh Chowki and 22 in various rural areas. Special officers have been appointed to oversee each camp.

During these camps, services related to key welfare schemes like the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, Ujjwala Yojana, ration card distribution, pensions, education, health, and agriculture will be made available. Additionally, applications and registration forms for beneficiary-oriented schemes will also be provided on the spot.

Collector Prajapati also mentioned that prominent state leaders including the Chief Minister, Deputy Chief Minister, ministers, MPs, and MLAs are expected to personally attend several camps to interact with citizens, conduct on-the-spot inspections, and collect public feedback. District-level review meetings will also be held to evaluate progress and future planning.

Public services such as Aadhaar updates, labor card issuance, driving license processing, and enrollment in Vyavsayik Bandhan Yojana will also be offered. Medical checkups including TB screening by the Health Department will be part of the camps.

The Collector urged the public to participate actively in the camps and benefit from the various services and schemes. She also instructed officials to ensure widespread awareness and publicity of the camps. The press conference was attended by CEO of District Panchayat Ms. Bharti Chandrakar, senior district officials, and representatives from both print and electronic media.
