Addressing the officials, Collector Prajapati said that addiction not only harms an individual’s health but also obstructs the growth of families and society at large. “It is essential that every section of society becomes aware of the dangers of substance abuse,” she emphasized. The event was attended by CEO District Panchayat Mrs. Bharti Chandrakar, Additional Collector G.R. Markam, SDM Mohla Hemendra Bhuarya, SDM Manpur Amit Nath Yogi, Deputy Collector D.R. Dhruv, and other departmental officers.

Along with the district headquarters, officials and employees across all subdivision offices, health institutions and panchayat-level bodies also took the anti-drug pledge collectively.
