Revenue Officers Asked to Ensure Timely and Citizen-Centric Resolution of Cases

Collector Reviews Revenue Case Disposal
Collector Shri Jitendra Yadav chaired a meeting of Revenue Department officials at the Collectorate Conference Hall to review the status of pending revenue cases and discuss measures to expedite their disposal.
During the meeting, the Collector directed officials to improve progress in matters related to land maps, mutation entries, demarcation, disputed and undisputed mutation cases, partition cases and other revenue-related proceedings.
He stressed that citizens should not face inconvenience while seeking resolution of revenue matters and instructed officials to handle all cases with sensitivity and responsibility.
Detailed Review of Sub-Division Wise Performance
The Collector conducted a detailed review of revenue case disposal across all sub-divisions and sought updates from the respective Sub-Divisional Magistrates (SDMs).
He emphasized the need for continuous monitoring and timely action to ensure that pending cases are resolved efficiently and in accordance with established procedures.

Priority to Girdawari Work
Shri Yadav instructed officials to accord top priority to the ongoing Girdawari process across the district.
He directed revenue authorities to accelerate the work of recording details related to cultivated land, crop area and land ownership. He also emphasized that the Girdawari process must be carried out with accuracy and quality to ensure reliable land and crop records.
Revenue Camps to Speed Up Service Delivery
The Collector directed officials to organize special revenue camps for the speedy disposal of pending cases and delivery of services at the grassroots level.
He instructed all revenue officers to work with commitment and ensure that camps are conducted in rural areas to facilitate priority disposal of cases related to mutation, partition, demarcation, income certificates, caste certificates, residence certificates and account division.
Focus on Result-Oriented Governance
The Collector stated that the disposal of revenue cases should be result-oriented and must provide tangible benefits to the public.
He emphasized that timely resolution of revenue matters would not only improve administrative efficiency but also enhance public trust in government services.
