Residents Raise Issues Ranging from Housing and Revenue Errors to Road Repairs and Welfare Schemes

Collector Dr. Sarveshwar Narendra Bhure conducted the weekly Jan Darshan program at the Collectorate meeting hall, where he attentively listened to the grievances and problems of citizens from different parts of the district.
During the session, Dr. Bhure directed concerned departmental officials to address all applications with priority and urgency, ensuring timely redressal. He emphasized that genuine beneficiaries must be connected to various government schemes without delay.

The grievances presented covered a wide range of public issues, including requests for benefits under the Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana, correction of revenue errors, issuance of land pattas, name transfers, disbursement of incentive amounts, road repairs, encroachment removal, correction of online land records, ration card issuance, and Aadhaar card updates.
The Collector instructed officers to carefully examine each case and provide speedy solutions while ensuring compliance with government norms. He reiterated the administration’s commitment to resolving citizen concerns in a sensitive and transparent manner.

Senior officials including CEO Zila Panchayat Suruchi Singh, Additional Collectors C.L. Markandeya and Prem Prakash Sharma, Municipal Commissioner Atul Vishwakarma, and other officers were present during the program.
