To maintain law and order during the Sushasan Tihar 2025, a governance-focused initiative running across the district, Collector Smt. Tulika Prajapati and Superintendent of Police Shri Yashpal Singh convened a strategic meeting with administrative and police officials at the Collectorate meeting hall.
The officials reviewed ongoing efforts to uphold peace and reviewed initiatives being implemented across various regions of the district. The Collector stressed the need for strict security arrangements to ensure that the event concludes peacefully and without any disruptions.
Special emphasis was laid on the complaint collection drive from April 8 to April 11, during which “Samadhan Boxes” will be placed at all police stations. Citizens are encouraged to submit their grievances and demands through written applications.
In addition, the Collector instructed the police department to prepare a list of pending cases and resolve them on a priority basis. SP Yashpal Singh shared detailed guidelines related to Sushasan Tihar 2025, urging all officials and employees to remain courteous and responsive to public concerns.
Clear instructions were given to Station House Officers (SHOs) to take strict action against gambling, betting, and other illegal activities, and to inspect hostels operating within the district to ensure safety and compliance.
The issue of child marriage was also addressed. Officials were directed to raise awareness and take immediate action against any such incidents.
Present at the meeting were SDM Manpur Amit Nath Yogi, Deputy Collector Heera Gaverna, police officers, and all SHOs of the district.
