District President of the Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM), Chintu Sonkar, expressed gratitude to Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah, Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai, and the entire government for their efforts toward achieving a Naxal-free India.
He stated that the country has moved significantly toward becoming free from Naxalism, a milestone made possible through the sacrifices of hundreds of security personnel who laid down their lives in the fight against extremism.
Leadership and Determination Made It Possible
Chintu Sonkar said the achievement became possible due to the strong willpower and determined leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah, along with the continuous efforts of Chief Minister Vishnudev Sai.

On the historic occasion of Chhattisgarh moving toward a Naxal-free status, tribute and floral offering programs were organized at district headquarters in memory of the martyred soldiers.
Timeline-Based Strategy Against Naxalism
The BJYM District President highlighted that Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Union Home Minister Amit Shah worked with a defined timeline and clear objectives to eliminate Naxalism from its roots.
He added that with the end of Naxal activities in Bastar, local youth will now openly promote the region’s rich cultural heritage and participate more actively in national development.
New Opportunities for Bastar Youth
According to Sonkar, youth from Bastar are already bringing pride to Chhattisgarh by succeeding in competitive examinations such as UPSC. He described Naxalism as a long-standing challenge not only for Bastar but for the entire country.
With its decline, Bastar is expected to rapidly transform into a developed region, contributing to the broader vision of a “Developed India.”

Collective Efforts Behind the Achievement
